Start with a leather outsole, cut to your preferred size & shape. Dampen the soles with water to mold & shape the arch support
Allow the outsoles to dry, and attach a stacked leather heel
Select the leather for your insoles (footbed) and straps

Use patterns and simple tools to cut leather insoles and straps
Use our unique foot anatomy to cut slots in our insoles, then insert the leather straps
Adjust the straps to fit your feet
Use shoe cement to secure the straps to the insoles. Create a midsole, for added comfort
